R44 Raven 1 for LEASE!

For lease is a 2002 R44 Raven 1 with a VFR training package.

5 hours time since overhaul airframe

5 hours since overhaul engine

Please note that you must have good credit in order to qualify for our lease program. We prefer to lease to an established helicopter tour company or flight training school.

Details on the helicopter:

• New paint
• New interior (carpet, headliner, interior resprayed flat black)
• Leather seats
• Bladder tanks installed
• All AD’s and SB’s complied with
• ADS-B out complied with

Details on the lease:

• $260 per Hobbs hour
• 1 year lease
• 20 hours per month minimum
• $10,000 refundable deposit

Person or company leasing the 44 will be responsible for :

• Insurance
• Maintenance to include both scheduled and unscheduled
• Fuel
• Oil
• Pilot
• Hanger

We are responsible for the overhaul and any AD parts

Must be returned to Tennessee with a fresh annual at the end of the lease
